1. Overview
RunBeats is a mobile application that lets you plan when songs will play during your run based on your target pace and distance. By using RunBeats, you agree to these Terms.
2. Subscriptions
RunBeats requires a paid subscription after any free trial. Prices may vary by region. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your App Store settings.
3. Third‑party services
RunBeats integrates with Spotify and Apple Music. Your use of those services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We do not store your third‑party login credentials.
4. Acceptable use
- Don’t misuse the app, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it using methods other than the interface we provide.
- Don’t use RunBeats in a way that violates laws or third‑party rights.
5. Intellectual property
We own all rights to RunBeats, including the app, website, and branding, except where third‑party rights apply. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
6. Disclaimers
RunBeats provides planning tools but does not guarantee exact timing during your run. Use caution and be aware of your surroundings. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes will be resolved in those courts, unless mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.
